CVD Diamond Thermal Series
Due to the high thermal conductivity of diamond, low coefficient of thermal expansion
and high electrical resistivity, it is the material of choice for critical thermal
management applications.
At UniDiamond we are pleased to be able to offer CVD diamond for heat sink diamond
films, which can offer over 3 times the thermal conductivity of Copper.
This material is available in a wide range of finishes and thickness, and can be
supplied cut to specific customer requirements.
